I contacted Mike when I needed to sell a home for a deceased family member’s trust. I had never bought or sold a home before so this was something completely new to me. Mike was AWESOME!!! As another reviewer noted, he made the process almost effortless on my part. Instead of having me be a go-between, he personally contacted my lawyer to ensure we did everything as we should; and stayed in contact with her throughout the process. The house was in a bit of bad shape and repairing it wasn’t in the best interest of the trust (complicated) but anyhow, the house sold within a week. If I need an agent again in the future, I will definitely be calling Mike again!
